SINOPSIS-Gi-soo, Myeong-sik dan Ah-rom adalah anggota dari geng motor yang sama terkenal. Mereka menikmati hari-hari mereka berkeliaran di jalan-jalan sembarangan dengan sepeda motor. Sekarang, Gi-soo bekerja sebagai pengantar sepeda motor, Myeong-sik adalah polisi sepeda motor dan Ah-rom adalah seorang penyanyi pop idola. Suatu hari, Gi-soo telah Ah-rom naik di bagian belakang sepeda motornya saat ia membuat pengiriman. Untuk mengejutkan pengiriman paket meledak. Gi-soo ponsel berdering dan ia mendengar sebuah suara mengatakan kepadanya bahwa mereka adalah bom lain ditanam di helm-nya yang Ah-rom mengenakan. Gi-soo diperintahkan untuk mengambil kiriman lain. Jika pengiriman terlambat atau ia mencoba untuk melarikan diri helm akan meledak.
Pada tahun 2004 di Seoul, Korea Selatan, sekelompok bikers yang sukacita-naik melalui jalan-jalan dan sementara pemimpin mereka Han Gi-su remaja (Lee Min-gi) ini sambil menangis memarahi oleh pacarnya Chun-shim (Kang Ye-won ) untuk mencemooh dirinya. Biker Kim Myeong-sik (Kim In-kwon) tertarik pada Chun-shim jam tangan muram. Setelah beberapa lalu lintas, Gi-su melompat mengeksekusi sebuah sepeda yang sempurna di atasnya.
Enam tahun kemudian Gi-su bekerja sebagai utusan sepeda. Setelah menyampaikan paket ke kantor, gedung meledak setelah dia pergi. Gi-su tidak berpikir paket nya terhubung ke ledakan. Gi-su kemudian diminta untuk mendorong Ah-rom, vokalis grup cewek Girls OK, untuk konser stadion televisi bahwa dia terlambat untuk. Yang mengejutkan, ia menemukan bahwa dia sebenarnya Chun-shim yang masih pada bagaimana dia diperlakukan tahun sebelumnya. Dia menawarkan dirinya helm, tidak menyadari bahwa itu telah beralih untuk satu identik dicurangi dengan bahan peledak. Gi-su menerima panggilan telepon dan diminta untuk memberikan tiga paket yang sudah disimpan di sepedanya, dengan waktu pengiriman 30-menit untuk setiap paket. Jika mereka melebihi batas waktu atau jika Chun-shim mencoba untuk melepas helm maka akan meledak. Sementara itu polisi, yang dipimpin oleh Detektif Seo (Ko Chang-Seok) dan tim NPCC pemimpin Kim (Ju Jin-mo) memeriksa rekaman CCTV di gedung yang meledak dan percaya bahwa Gi-su berpotensi pembom. Gi-su memberikan Chun-shim ke konser hanya dalam waktu di mana ia melakukan dalam helm. Dua dari mereka mulai membuat pengiriman, sementara yang diburu oleh polisi dan mencoba untuk memecahkan mencari tahu siapa yang repsonsible untuk pemboman saat mengemudi antara Seoul dan Incheon.
EN-Gi-soo, Myeong-sik and Ah-rom were members of the same notorious motorcycle gang. They enjoyed their days roaming the streets recklessly on the motorcycles. Now, Gi-soo works as a motorcycle delivery man, Myeong-sik is a motorcycle cop and Ah-rom is a pop idol singer. One day, Gi-soo has Ah-rom riding on the back of his motorcycle as he makes a delivery. To his surprise the delivery package explodes. Gi-soo's cellphone rings and he hears a voice telling him that their is another bomb planted in his helmet which Ah-rom is wearing. Gi-soo is ordered to take another delivery. If the delivery is late or he attempts to run away the helmet will explode.
In the year 2004 in Seoul, South Korea, a group of bikers are joy-riding through the streets and while their leader the teenage Han Gi-su (Lee Min-gi) is tearfully berated by girlfriend Chun-shim (Kang Ye-won) for scorning her. The biker Kim Myeong-sik (Kim In-kwon) is attracted to Chun-shim watches dolefully. Following some heavy traffic, Gi-su executes a perfect bike jump over it.
Six year later Gi-su is working as a bike messenger. After delivering a package to an office, the building blows up just after he leaves. Gi-su doesn't think his package was connected to the blast. Gi-su is later asked to drive Ah-rom, the lead vocalist of girl group OK Girls, to a televised stadium concert that she is late for. To his surprise, he finds that she is actually Chun-shim who is still at how she was treated years earlier. He offer her his helmet, unaware that it's been switched for an identical one rigged with an explosive. Gi-su receives a phone call and is told to deliver three packages already stowed in his bike, with a 30-minute delivery time for each package. If they exceed the time limit or if Chun-shim tries to take off the helmet then it will explode. Meanwhile the police, led by Detective Seo (Ko Chang-seok) and NPCC team leader Kim (Ju Jin-mo) examine the CCTV tape in the building that exploded and believe that Gi-su is potentially the bomber. Gi-su delivers Chun-shim to the concert just in time where she performs in the helmet. The two of them start to make the deliveries, while being hunted by the police and trying to solve figure out who is repsonsible for the bombings while driving between Seoul and Incheon.
